Theretra incarnata is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It is known from Indonesia.
The abdomen upperside is lacking a pair of black lateral patches at the base (which are present in similar Theretra clotho clotho). The forewing upperside is most similar to Theretra clotho clotho but distinguishable by the much stronger dark oblique postmedian line.
